1. How to book Auto Rickshaw?

The service allows you to send a request using following two modes through GHOOMAKKAR to a DRIVING PARTNER (Third Party Service Provider) in GHOOMAKKAR network:

BOOKING VIA WEBSITE

You may place a booking through our website www.ghoomakkar.com .You can register with a valid mobile number and e-mail at the time of first booking. By signing up, you also agree to the User Terms governing the site. GHOOMAKKAR will store the information provided for contacting you for all service related matters. You shall promptly inform GHOOMAKKAR on any change in the information provided, in order to serve you better.

BOOKING VIA PHONE CALL

You may reach our call center at 8287-100-200. GHOOMAKKAR shall answer your calls and cater to your requirements; Nevertheless GHOOMAKKAR does not assure a response at all times due to the dependency on the call handling capacity which is variable in nature. By booking via phone, you also agree to the terms and conditions governing the service (go to www.ghoomakkar.com for detailed T&C). GHOOMAKKAR will store the information provided for contacting you for all service related matters. You may promptly inform GHOOMAKKAR on any change in the information provided, in order to serve you better.


2. I did not sign up so donít have user ID/password, can I book Auto Rickshaw?

YES, you can still book auto rickshaw through our platform but you need have valid mobile number to book. Our booking system will send you verification code which you need to enter in last step of booking. Itís to check genuineness of customer.


3. Where do you offer your service? Are available in all parts of India?

For now, we offer service in Noida( UP) only. Very soon, we would be expanding our service in rest part of India.


4. What is your fare chart?

You have to pay just Rs 10/KM for the journey and Rs 10 as convenience Fee as we are putting huge efforts (technically & operationally) to provide service to you. If you donít feel satisfied, you do not need to pay Rs. 10 of convenience fee. But if you feel satisfied you can give tip to our driving partner.


5. Can I book service through GHOOMAKKAR for my Children & female friends & family member?

Certainly, you can book service for your children as our driving partners are well behaved.

Soon, we are creating a special category from our best driving partners who will be assigned to cater children related booking. We will notify you once, we launch such service.

6. What measures have you taken for rider safety?

Rider safety is always on top priority of Team Ghoomakar. Look what we do to ensure the same:

-Verified and authorized driver by the Transport Department only are allowed to become part of Ghoomakkar Network

-Ghoomakkar vehicles are GPS enabled and we provide riders facility to share their journey with trusted ones details with live tracking facility(Auto or Taxi)

-Our drivers are interviewed and trained to make you feel safer in order to give you best of the ridership experience.

7. How do I share my journey with my dear ones?

In order to avail this service you need to register on the Ghoomakkar Portal. Once your have registered then you can add upto 4 trusted people whom you would like to share your journey. A tracking link will be sent on the mobile and email id of the trusted person before start of the journey.

8. How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel booking from your my account page or by calling us.

9. Where do I need to reach to convey any concerns or complaints?
